Put ExemptLand inside your assistant
Connect your workspace to Claude or another assistant, then ask about your land the way you would ask a person. It reads your properties, deadlines, and proof, and it can prepare a filing you review and sign yourself.
Pick the assistant you use.
Setting this up for a team? Add it in Claude admin settings instead, so everyone gets it.
What it can do
Fifty-six methods across four areas. A few of the ones people use most:
- List your properties and their active exemptions
- Show what is due next, and when the county deadline lands
- Tell you which proof is missing before a filing is ready
- Look up your county appraisal district requirements and contact
- Start or continue an ag, wildlife, or homestead application
- Prepare a property tax protest with comparable properties
- Pull drought status, ecoregion, soil, and deer density for a tract
- For agencies: list clients, open a client, and add a note
What it can see
Only your own workspace. You sign in through your assistant, and every request runs as you. If you manage clients through an agency, you see that agency's clients and nothing from any other.
Nothing is signed or filed on your behalf. The assistant can prepare a packet and tell you what is missing; you review and submit it yourself.
Revoke access from inside your assistant's own settings at any time. Disconnect there and the tokens stop working.
