$50 per claimed lead
No subscription. No setup fee. No minimum.
What you’re paying for
- A claimed lead includes a paid introduction to one Texas landowner who submitted a request through Exempt.Land.
- Each claimed lead may include the landowner name, phone number, email address, property address, county, acreage, project description, timeline, and budget signal when provided.
- Once you claim a lead, Exempt.Land will not sell that same lead to another provider.
Refunds
- We refund the claim fee if the landowner withdrew the request before you claimed it, the lead was sent to you in error, or the contact information provided by Exempt.Land is materially invalid.
- We do not refund the claim fee if the landowner does not hire you, chooses another provider, changes the project after introduction, or if you decide not to pursue the lead. Scope, price, timing, and work quality are between you and the landowner.
Exempt.Land is a lead introduction service. We are not a party to the work agreement between you and the landowner. You are responsible for your own estimates, contracts, licensing, insurance, permits, taxes, scheduling, work quality, payment collection, and compliance with applicable law.
